Single-Toggle Jaw Crusher

We have got reliable support from our workforce, and thus, we are reckoned as one of the reputed manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters of single toggle jaw crushers. Owing to attributes such as excellent durability, fine finish, and corrosion-resistant nature, these jaw crushers are broadly used for crushing hard rocks, ores, and minerals containing granite, iron ore, limestone, dolomite, chromite ore, and ferro-alloy slag. Along with this, the offered range of single toggle jaw crushers is suitably tested on different characteristics to maintain its authenticity.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a single-toggle and a double-toggle jaw crusher?
In a single-toggle machine, the swing jaw hangs from the eccentric shaft, so it moves both inwards and downwards. That wiping motion pulls feed through and gives higher throughput and a lighter, cheaper machine. A double toggle jaw moves almost purely horizontally, which wears the liners more slowly and applies greater force, suiting the hardest and most abrasive rocks.
What feed size can the crusher accept?
Feed should not exceed roughly 80% of the gape, which across our range means lumps up to about 720 mm on the largest models. Oversize will bridge across the mouth and has to be broken or scalped beforehand. A grizzly feeder ahead of the crusher removes undersize and keeps the chamber choke-fed, which improves both capacity and liner life.
How is the output size adjusted?
The closed side setting is changed at the toggle block, either by adding or removing shims or by driving a wedge assembly, depending on the model. Setting ranges are roughly 20 to 175 mm. The same adjustment is used periodically to compensate for jaw plate wear, so that the product gradation stays constant over the life of the liners.
What throughput can I expect?
The range spans 100 kg to 100 TPH, from pilot-scale units through to large quarry machines. Actual output depends on the closed-side setting, the bulk density and work index of the feed, and whether the chamber is choke-fed. Send us your material and target gradation, and we will size the machine against it.
