Stone Crushing & Screening Plant
The Garnet Royal stone crushing and screening plant is built to produce saleable graded aggregate fractions — typically three or four sizes plus crusher dust, each delivered to its own stockpile from a single run-of-quarry feed. It is supplied complete, from quarry feed hopper through to the stockpile bays, and commissioned as one plant.
Aggregate plants are judged on yield against the sizes the market wants. The circuit is therefore designed around your target gradation: crusher settings, screen deck apertures and recirculating load are chosen together so the plant produces saleable product rather than surplus fines.
Typical process flow
- Feeding — vibrating grizzly feeder meters quarry rock and scalps soil and fines from the primary feed.
- Primary crushing — single or double toggle jaw crusher takes run-of-quarry lumps down to secondary feed size.
- Secondary crushing — roll or impact roll crusher shapes and reduces to product size. Secondary capacity is matched to the duty, so at the upper end of the range the stage runs as two or more units in parallel.
- Screening — multi-deck circular or linear motion vibrating screen splits the stream into graded fractions.
- Recirculation — oversize returns to the secondary crusher on a closed circuit.
- Stockpiling — belt conveyors deliver each fraction to its own pile; tripper or shuttle conveyors serve multiple bays.
